My review of WatchesReplicaStore.com really was a pain from start to finish. There's nothing these guys do particularly well, and there's a number of things they struggle with. While I was able to send my watch back, I lost a service fee and the shipping fee, so all in all, this was a bad experience.
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
As you can see the dial has twisted out of place, so not only does it not tell the right time, but the chronometers are all out of place. The dial should always be affixed to what's beneath it, so for this to happen indicates some very poor craftsmanship in their replica watches.
The Site: Usability and Design
What a mess! This site really isn't much more than just row after row of photos – and not even their own photos! They're all taken from the site G-Watches.com, and still have the old watermarks on them. All the text is in broken English, and all the prices seem too low for the watches to be any good, which turned out to be exactly the case.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
After sending them emails every day for a week, they finally got back to me, but it was very hard to communicate with them because their English is very poor. I was trying to explain what was wrong with the watch, but they just didn't understand. Finally they said they would take it back, but of course there would be a service charge.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
My Breitling replica wasn't packaged properly at all! It came in a Breitling box, which would have been nice except that the box itself was broken, and there was no padding inside, meaning the Breitling replica inside was just bouncing around during shipping – no wonder it broke!
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable?
As I said it's very difficult to communicate with these guys and the process is very slow, but they eventually took the watch back. There's a hefty restocking fee – 25%, and you have to pay to ship it back. Thankfully the watch wasn't very expensive to begin with.
The Bottom Line
My review of WatchesReplicaStore.com is definitely one I'd like to put behind me. Do yourself a favor – don't buy your replica watches here!
